boots- the rarest of all creatures

They are like an urban legend, something you've heard of yet haven't experienced on a tactile level. The hardest thing to find is an awsome pair of boots. Heels are a dime a dozen, you can O.D. at any shoe department worth it's salt in designer shoes, but a pair of boots to make your heart stop for just a second, good luck. Even if you do find that one pair, they are so astronomically out of your price range that it's almost like a slap in the face. You might as well have never even laid eyes on them. Because the fact that they exist and are out of your reach is so much more painful.
