"...it's the one place I felt like my true self..."
I didn't have a blog when The Lake House origionally came out, and I wanted to give it a few moments because I just liked it so much. I know the story is full of holes, but this is such a great concept, really remindes me of The Time Travelers Wife- in a very small way. It has a beautiful soundtrack which includes Nick Drake's Pink Moon. And that little touch makes it feel like the book A God-Shaped Hole, a book that broke my heart, it was so beautiful. I loved the House itself above all, and I really think that I could live there too.
